Hello! I’m Marina Bronsten.
I am a dynamic professional with a multifaceted background in industrial design, packaging engineering, engineering management, and education.
With a B.S. in Industrial Design Engineering, a M.S. in Product Design, a master's degree in Engineering Management, and another in Education, my journey in the design and engineering landscape has been both diverse and enriching.
Currently, I'm working as a Packaging Design Engineer at TransPak, a global leader in packaging solutions. Leading the internal transition to Siemens NX for packaging design, I've played a pivotal role in developing libraries and guiding a team of over 10 engineers across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and India. Beyond design, I conduct training sessions, foster client relationships, and standardize internal processes to optimize and speed up the delivery time of our projects.
Before my role at TransPak, I spent almost 2 years at Ming Productions, specializing in designing and manufacturing museum store products. There, I brought products from concept to market, blending management input, client guidance, and independent research. My responsibilities included prototyping designs for form, fit, and function validation, communication with suppliers and manufacturers, quality control, and managing the production process to meet tight deadlines.
